HireGPS encodes the recruiter's read as deterministic rules: eight scoring categories, forty named risks, persona-adjusted weights across 29,400 role profiles. Run the same CV against the same role twice and you get the same score, the same risks, the same ranked actions. No model drift. No sampling noise. Just the arithmetic a recruiter would run — written down, auditable, and yours to act on.
